European Passengers’ Federation Conference 2024
UPPER horizontal partner EPF is hosting its annual conference in Warsaw next June 21-22. The European Passengers’ Federation links all major passenger organizations throughout Europe and represents the interests of public transport users at the European level. EPF is an international non-profit association under Belgian law. Each member organization appoints a delegate who is responsible for the contacts between his/her association and the federation.
The conference will focus on bringing forward best practices on four topics:
- Competition, good for passengers?
- What do passengers expect from the EU Parliament and the Commission?
- Long-distance coach travel and passengers rights
- Multimodal Digital Mobility Services (MDMS)
The conference will be a mix of presentations, working sessions, and panel discussions and you will be able to both gain new knowledge and contribute with your own.
On June 22 UPPER colleague Delphine Grandsart, EPF Senior Researcher will lead the "EU-Rail Workshop". The workshop aims to explore passenger information provision within the context of rail transformation, focusing on passengers’ perspectives.
