To incentivize the use of Public Transport for commuters

This measure equips employers in the Versailles Grand Parc area with EMY, a B2B Mobility-as-a-Service application that operationalises the French sustainable-mobility budget (“Forfait Mobilité Durable”, up to €800/year/employee). Through a dedicated administrator back-office, companies allocate and monitor sustainable-mobility credits, while employees use a mobile app and a Visa-enabled virtual card (e-wallet) to plan and pay for multimodal home-to-work journeys across public transport, micro-mobility, shared and e-mobility, and cycling allowances (IKV). EMY removes the heavy administrative burden of managing the mobility budget at multi-site scale and produces reliable, audit-ready commuting indicators that feed companies' CSRD extra-financial reporting, while supporting the territory's goals of reducing car commuting, congestion and CO₂ emissions.
