How can public transport authorities design and implement innovative mobility services within complex governance environments?
This special UPPER Club session will explore the key enablers and barriers faced by Public Transport Authorities (PTAs) when developing and deploying innovative mobility solutions. Through presentations from different PTAs, participants will gain insights into local contexts, governance challenges and practical approaches to bringing innovation into public transport.
The webinar will also feature a guided discussion on how authorities can support innovation, from strategy and decision-making to implementation and collaboration across stakeholders.
The session is open to all stakeholders interested in public transport governance and innovation, including PTAs, policymakers, transport operators, manufacturers, public governance experts and other mobility professionals.
The event will be organised in two separate sessions throughout the day, each featuring different PTAs:
- Morning session: 09:00–11:00 CEST
- Afternoon session: 15:30–17:30 CEST
Participants can register for one session or join both.
