Key sessions
30 September | 16:00-18:00 | Mobility Policy Lab
NetZeroCities and CIVITAS are co-hosting a session to provide concrete policy recommendations to the European Commission on tackling city-level mobility challenges. Our project partner, Samuel Salem from TheTA, will present Thessaloniki's ongoing challenge of finding complementarity between public transport and shared mobility, focusing on the opportunities created by implementing UPPER measures TES08 and TES10 to address these issues.
3 October | 9:30 – 10:45 | Session 17: "Creating Universal Accessibility: How Can We Fulfil Mobility as a Right through Engagement, Data and Services for All?"
UPPER's Project Coordinator, Mircea Steriu, will be speaking along with other experts in this panel discussion, exploring how cities can ensure mobility as a fundamental right for all citizens, and providing insights from the UPPER project.
